The complex also has a green terrace with a hot tub and barbecues, a garage, a multipurpose room, lockers for storing luggage, and a heated swimming pool.
Access to the building is via digital locks for greater security and independence for guests. You will be provided with a unique code to
enter the building and the apartment.

* THERE IS NO PHYSICAL RECEPTION; YOU MUST CONTACT US IN ADVANCE on +54 9 280 4530701 to receive the digital access code for the apartment and your estimated time of arrival. If you arrive early or depart later, please contact us on the number provided.
- EARLY CHECK-IN: If you arrive before check-in time, you may request a temporary access code to leave your luggage in the lockers (you must request this 24–48 hours before your arrival). After 13:00, you may enter using the access code provided for your stay, which is valid from 13:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
- LATE CHECK-OUT: After check-out, you may store your luggage in the lockers and collect it later. To do so, you will need a new temporary access code for the main entrance to the building. There is also a toilet, shower, kettle and drinking water on the ground floor. You may stay in the apartment until 4 pm by paying for half a stay (subject to availability). Cleaning: every 3 nights with linen change; if daily cleaning is required (subject to availability/additional charge).
