Departures: daily all year round from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Not included: robes (passengers can rent them or bring their own but they must be white), massages or massage therapies, group activities, aqua relaxation, drinks. Policy for minors: Children under 14 years of age cannot enter the thermal spa, they can only use an open-air thermal water swimming pool. Children must always be supervised by an adult to enter this pool.
Restrictions: People who have had surgery less than 30 days ago, people with heart failure, hypotension or chemotherapy treatments cannot take TermaSpa. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor so that he can evaluate the convenience of entering the thermal water.

HOTEL SEARCH:
The tour of the hotels can take 45/60 minutes (do not leave during this time), and then we will leave for Cacheuta on a road full of spectacular landscapes. We will arrive at the Hotel & Spa TermasCacheuta after another 45 minutes of travel. At the end of your excursion, we return to drop everyone off at their hotel in the City. We recommend not committing to other activities since the estimated return time will depend on the traffic of that day. TRANSFERS ARE FROM DOWNTOWN HOTELS. WE SUGGEST CHECKING WITH THE HOTEL SINCE THE TRANSFER DOES NOT PASS THROUGH SOME DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF VEHICLES TO PARK.
SCHEDULES ACCORDING TO THE SEASON:
In warm seasons (from 09/21 to 05/31) you must be at 8:45 am in the lobby or door of the hotel you indicated. The driver will pick you up but you cannot wait more than 5 minutes per hotel. The return is at 6:00 pm from Cacheuta.
During cold weather (from 01/06 to 20/09) you must be at 9:15 am in the lobby or door of the hotel you indicated. The driver will pick you up but you cannot wait more than 5 minutes per hotel. The return is at 5:30 pm from Cacheuta. You must always wait in the lobby of the Hotel & Spa TermasCacheuta (if you have any questions, ask the driver).
